- Each month your will receive a unique variety of cuts hand packed by our family! Each box will be a different variety of equivalent value.

Our cattle are raised right here on our family ranch in Big Sandy, MT. While remaining out on pasture, each morning we fill our buckets and bring the cows a small amount of locally-grown barley. They sure love their morning treat! This finishing method has been perfected in our family over the last 100 years and we are delighted to share it with your family!
