Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! We are Colter and Lauren Darlington, the 5th generation to work the Darlington Ranch founded in 1916 and the founders of Darlington Ranch Co. farm-to-table beef! Our mission behind Darlington Ranch Co. is to unite the land, the animal, and the family at mealtime. With respect for the animals, the land they roam, and the family gathered around the table we strive to provide you with high quality pasture-raised beef from our ranch to your table for many years to come!

Pasture Raised | Light Grain Finish

Our approach at Darlington Ranch Co. is what sets our beef apart. While remaining on pasture the beef are supplemented with a small amount of home grown barley grain. This method is something that has been passed down in our family for generations! The light grain finish adds tenderness and marbling to the beef, ensuring a savory mouth-watering flavor.

The animal never sees a feedlot and is never locked up in confined spaces. The cattle roam the native grasslands of the Darlington Ranch and drink from spring fed reservoirs. We follow the rhythms of nature to ensure cattle are only harvested at their prime, resulting in the premium beef delivered to your doorstep. For over 100 years this has been our family’s preferred method of finishing animals and we are delighted to share it with you!

2. Superior quality meat. My husband is VERY picky about his meat choices and taste. From the ground beef to the steaks, we loved the flavor and freshness of every single cut of beef we received.
3. Excellent packaging and quick delivery. The boxes came still deeply frozen with dry ice and the meat was protected with insulation. Even after thawing in the fridge, the packaging doesn’t leak which i appreciate!
