The 3-2-1 Rule for a Perfect Flank Steak

Easy as 3-2-1!

3 fillers, 2 seasonings, 1 fat 

Get creative with it and use up what’s in your refrigerator! 

1.) Lay your flank steak out flat and season with 2 herbs/spices (I did garlic salt and Spanish style paprika)

2.) Top the steak with 1 fat (I did freshly grated Parmesan cheese)

3.) Place your 3 fillers (I did caramelized onion, mushrooms and arugula) on top

4.) Roll up (as best you can) and place seam side down in a bread baking dish. Cover with foil.

5.) Bake on 400 until your desired doneness (20-30 min), remove foil a few minutes prior to taking it out of the oven!

Unroll and slice against the grain
