How to Cook Outside Skirt Steak

MOST IMPORTANT STEP: Purchase a high quality steroid and antibiotic free Outside Skirt Steak from a rancher your trust. Outside Skirt > Inside skirt 🥩

Turn your grill to high heat.
Roll out your skirt steak and pat dry with paper towel.
Season both sides with: smoked paprika, onion powder, and freshly ground salt.
Drizzle with olive oil and cover with plastic wrap until your grill is hot.
Place steak on the grill for roughly 5 min per side.
Slice against the grain and serve. Your guests will be in awe of the flavor and texture this cut brings to the table!
